The Goals of this research is for knowing that language has an important role to attract the attention of customers in improving e-commerce. This research used descriptive analysis method. The instrument used is a study of documentation. The research subject is a customer who often using e-commerce either for services or goods. The result of this research showed that a customer choose e-commerce because it saves their time. They interested with a service or item on web online site because the display look nice and customers will be more attractive to buy when reading descriptions of goods or services using interesting and polite language. The result of the research showed that language has a very important role for attract customer's attention to buy a product. The Admin is required to have good language skills in promoting and informing their products, as well as in answering and responding to questions or complaints from contumers.
SECURITY SYSTEM IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFE DEPOSIT BOX USING IRIS PATTERN BASED MATLAB

This research explains about a biometric system that uses iris pattern for Safe Deposit Box Users. Matlab is used for processing the iris pattern. In the process of image processing, there are several processes such as segmentation, extraction and identification. The initial phase of segmentation will be proceed by using canny edge detection then continued by hough circle transform to detect the center circle of iris. The second process is by extracting where the image of segmentation will be proceed by using haar wavelet transformation, the image will be changed to another form by decomposition of the vertical and horizontal image of the iris in order to get the data from iris image of user. The last phase is identification. In this stage, hamming distance method that will read the iris data in the database that has get through both phases and compare it with image captured by the webcam camera. If the image of user has been detected, then the safe deposit box will be opened. The advantages of this system is the iris pattern is very stable and different form each individual so it is not easy to be manipulated. The average identifying of this research is 76.70%. As security system, using iris pattern can be developed to prevent unwanted act.

Abstract -The purpose of this study is to explore the phenomena of technopreneur in the field of Muslim modest fashion industry in Indonesia along with their opportunities and challenges had an impact on Indonesia's economic diplomacy. The research method was qualitative approach and descriptive analysis through literature studies and documentation. The results of the study show that technopreneur in modest fashion is provides the opportunity for the Indonesian fashion modest industry to penetrate the global market based on the standard applied in e-commerce practice. On marketing strategy, some modest fashion technopreneur applies the principles of sharia economics, such as non-credit payments namely cash or debit payments, halal certified products, although still pro-con, technopreneur has affirmed the identity of Muslim e-commerce that has its own characteristics. In addition, Technopreneur in modest industry also provides great economic opportunities for small and medium enterprises in industrial fields such as Muslim clothing, hijab and accessories because technopreneurs also bridging the producers and consumers. Regarding economic diplomacy, technopreneur in modern fashion has contributed in the field of trade, as evidenced by the increasing demand for export of Indonesian Muslim clothing to various foreign countries, this is beneficial for small medium entrepreneurs in the modest fashion sector. In the field of investment, modest fashion technopreneur gets investment by global investors, this further encourages the development of modest fashion start-ups and the growth of Indonesia's modest fashion market. With technopreneur, modest fashion can become the mainstream in fashion industry and Indonesia has the opportunity to become as a hub of the world's modest fashion by 2020.
