THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE KARAWANG RESPONSE APPLICATION (TANGKAR) IN KARAWANG

Abstract. The research problem begins with the Karawang Response Application (Tangkar) which is managed by the Karawang of Communication and Information Department which is an online aspiration and complaint service from the Karawang community based on Android, Web, SMS Gateway and Social Media which is implemented with the principle of easy, integrated, and complete.The theory used in this study uses the theory of George C. Edwards III in which there are four (4) policy implementation variables, namely: Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of determining informants to the community using the Tangkar application is an accidental technique.The results of the study explain the communication variables indicate that the socialization carried out by the Communication and Information Department of Karawang to the community has been carried out in accordance with the procedure but has not been maximized evenly, the resource variable shows that it is not optimal, it can be seen from the admin/operator on duty that it has not been maximized in responding to incoming reports, and the unavailability of complete supporting facilities in managing the Tangkar application, the disposition variable shows that the Communication and Information Department is minimal in providing information about the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the Tangkar Application, the variable structure of the bureaucracy indicates that the Communications and Informatics Service is the supervisor. in the implementation of the Tangkar Application where the supervision is still minimal to see and pay attention to the admins or operators in running applications and providing services to the community.
IMPACT OF DIGITALIZATION ON ZAKAT RECEIPT

This study aims to analyze the impact of digitalization on zakat receipts in zakat management organizations in Bandung. This is done considering the potential for zakat in Indonesia which reaches Rp. 233.8 trillion, while the distribution is only 83.7%, which ideally is around 87.5% as of November 2019. The method used is a survey method using a questionnaire via google form to approximately 36 respondents at the OPZ Dompet Dhuafa West Java, Salman Amal House Bandung, Baitul Maal Hidayatullah West Java, Rumah Zakat Indonesia, BAZNAS and several mosques. The data analysis was carried out through descriptive and verification analysis. The results show that the level of closeness (correlation coefficient) between digitalization and zakat receipts is 0.694, while R square (R2) is 0.482 which indicates that zakat receipts can be influenced by ZIS digitalization of 48.2%, while the remaining 51.8% is influenced by variables others not investigated. This is certainly an opportunity for further research to examine other variables that can increase zakat receipts.
NEW APPROACH OF COVID-19 PREVENTION BY IMPLEMENTED COMBINATION OF DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM ALGORITHM

Indonesia and Malaysia from 2020 to 2021 were exposed to COVID-19 pandemic. Both countries implemented a policy of restricting entry areas based on almost the same criteria, In Indonesia namely as PPKM which applying some level of exposure to those infected with covid-19. The determination of this level was all based on the growth in numbers exposed to covid-19, but on pandemic cases, the number of people who do not suffer from COVID-19 disease but have the same symptoms as the symptoms of COVID-19 also need to be considered as the pandemic agent to their environment. We named it as Precaution Covid-19 Pandemic (PCP) Level. The current level of the COVID-19 pandemic has not been fully determined by this idea. So, the idea of this research is to determine the pre-pandemic or precaution level of covid-19 in an area interfere by surrounding area. PCP level was not based on the growth of those infected with the covid-19 disease, but influenced by the number of patients whose have the symptoms similar to the dominant symptoms of the covid-19. The PCP Level determination can be used for precaution policy and support the previous Level Pandemic Methods. To accomplish this idea, three algorithms are used, they are K-Mean algorithm as a pattern clustering and the AHP algorithm as a level determination of the Covid-19 pandemic, While the relationship of candidate symptom pairs to Covid-19 transmission is carried out using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. The results of this study show that the combination of the three proposed algorithms provides and using data symptoms closely to dominant covid-19 symptoms can give an alternative for precaution level of covid-19 pandemic. The model for determining Covid-19 transmission based on four candidate symptoms has 89% precision and 85% accuracy.
PERBAIKAN POSISI DAN POSTUR PEKERJA PADA OPERATOR PRODUKSI TAHU UKM SUBANG

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di pabrik tahu UKM Subang diperlukan adanya usulan perbaikan sistem kerja untuk mengurangi keluhan karyawan pada keryawan bagian produksi tahu sebagai salah satu upaya dalam mengurangi rasa nyeri yang sering di keluhkan oleh keryawan lantai produksi. RULA adalah sebuah metode survei yang dikembangkan untuk kegunaan investigasi ergonomi pada tempat kerja, dimana penyakit otot rangka tubuh bagian atas yang terkait kerja teridentivikasi. Nordic Body Map adalah sistem pengukuran keluhan sakit pada tubuh yang dikenal dengan musculoskeletal. Jumlah pekerja pada bagian produksi tahu skm sebanyak 12 orang yang terbagi menjadi 3 sift, dari 12 orang di bagian produksi semuanya berjenis kelamin laki laki, yang berusia dari 17thn hingga 28thn. Kategori keluhan dapat di persentasikan manjadi 59% sangat sakit, 30% sakit dan 11% sedang. Sedangkan dari hasil total RULA score final yang di dapat adalah 6,6 atau jika dibulatkan menjadi 7 yang berarti investigate and implement change atau menyelidiki dan menerapkan perubahan.

The last thing is two determine the allowance for travel to other town is done by check the tendency for traveler to be infected determine by the PCP Level and using Naïve bayes algorithm which recognizing the pattern of symptoms. The results of this study show that the combination of the three proposed algorithms can be used as alternative to give warrant decision about getting infection of Covid-19

THE USE OF NORDIC BODY MAP AND RAPID UPPER LIMB ASSESSMENT (RULA) METHODS IN TEXTILE COMPANIES

Work posture is one of the important aspects that must be observed in an industry, namely when workers are doing a job [1], as well as what happened to company X which is engaged in the manufacture of knitwear, there are several things that need to be studied because of the condition of the body posture. while working is in improper motion. The risk of this injury involves the movement of the upper limbs and there are repetitive body movements that cause complaints [2]. Therefor we need a method that measures muscle complaints experienced by workers, measuring body posture, namely Nordic Body Map and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA). This data collection technique was carried out by interviewing workers on the production floor and filling out the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. The results of the questionnaire show that there are complaints that come from workers. After being classified, 2 out of 5 workers were categorized as having “moderate” risk with a score of 50 and 61, the rest were categorized as “Low”. The measurement was continued using the RULA method. The results showed that the two operators had a value of 7 which indicated that the activities carried out by the workers had a posture or position that was not ideal, also meant that it required investigation and implementation of changes in both the operator's posture and would create unproductive productivity maximum.
