The communication management plan is contained in the project management plan that can be formal or informal, highly detailed or broadly framed, and based on the needs of the project. the research is purposed to help the project manager in planning communication on the project and helping the project team in knowing the meeting schedule and progress report submission schedule.

Dalam sebuah game, tampilan visual yang menarik merupakan salah satu elemen penting yang dapat memikat para pemain untuk berlama-lama memainkan game tersebut. Bahkan tampilan visual juga menjadi faktor kunci untuk seseorang membeli dan memainkan sebuah game. Salah satu game dengan tampilan yang menarik adalah Seven Knight. Seven Knight merupakan sebuah game Role Playing Game (RPG) yang berbasis pada sistem operasi Android, game ini mengedepankan gameplay penuh strategi, desain karakter yang menawan, cerita yang menarik, dan visual efek yang baik. Game Seven Knight ini sendiri menceritakan tentang kisah petualangan tujuh kesatria dan konflik yang terjadi diantara mereka. Dalam Human Computer Interaction (HCI) terdapat salah satu subpembahasan yang berkaitan tentang visualisasi dari sebuah game, yaitu Graphical User Interface (GUI). GUI ini membahas tentang berbagai macam visual yang muncul dari sebuah game dengan keterkaitannya terhadap pesan yang ingin disampaikan kepada pemain. Penulis berpendapat bahwa visual dalam game Seven Knight ini selain mampu menampilkan visual yang menarik sekaligus mampu untuk mengkonstruksi pesan dengan sangat baik kepada pemain, dan metode analisis GUI dirasa sesuai dengan karakteristik objek penelitian untuk mengungkapkan pesan dari masing-masing elemen visual dalam game Seven Knight ini. Waste pickers search for and collect recyclable waste to be handed to other parties that can reprocessed them into goods of new values. However the information of the locations of those materials is not always present. The availability of this information can reduce the time of searching, increase the number of collected materials and therefore raise waste pickers income. The purpose of this work is to develop an information system model of recyclable waste availability. This model based on SWOT Analysis where data environment internal and external faced situation and condition. Build design of use case high-level to be as grand design management, database, and user interface where a structured approach using the prototype method. The input of this model is data, where comes from the local society and is validated & verified by the local government and output of the model, is information provided in texts and geographic map. This model is an effort to help waste pickers to obtain information about potential areas of waste sourced from society together with the local government. 1. Introduction

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of selling three brands of coffee in one of the stalls in the Garut area. The purpose of this research is to find out the opportunity to move from a coffee brand to another coffee brand in a certain period of time and then, make a prediction of the chances of further coffee transfer until the steady state condition is obtained. The method that will be used in this research is “Markov Theory” in which the time span used is the number of sales of each brand of coffee within two months. From the results of observations, there are three coffee brands that are most in demand by consumers, namely “ABC” Coffee, “Luwak White” Coffee and “Kapal Api Mix” Coffee. From the results of the analysis, the steady state conditions of the sales of the three coffee brands were obtained at the sixth month with the sales probability value for ABC coffee, Luwak White Coffee coffee and Kapal Api Mix coffee, each of which was 31.28%, 21.66% and 47.06%. When viewed from the results of research that has been obtained, it can be concluded that the probability of selling the three coffee brands is quite even and this can be a consideration for sellers to be able to provide the three coffee brands more than the other brands so that the sales of the three coffee brands will increase.
