The accounting information system becomes a medium for government agencies in carrying out accounting activities with applications prepared by the central government. Quality accounting information is the main source in providing the auditor's opinion for the auditee's financial statements. Quality financial reports are a means for the central government to assess the performance of local governments in preparing regional financial reports. An independent auditor will assess any financing made by local governments whose sources of funds are from the government, both central and local governments. Assessment of financial performance can use an integrated accounting information system.This research method uses a qualitative approach and the research methods are descriptive and explanatory. The method of analysis uses the score method. Primary data used by respondents in this study to obtain research results from respondents to government officials who served in the accounting department as many as 30 respondents. The results of this study indicate that quality financial reports are obtained from the use of an integrated and user friendly accounting information system, so that the results of the financial statements reported by auditors can be assessed for their performance and the auditors provide an opinion on these financial statements. The conclusion of this study is that quality financial reports provide the best performance appraisal for local governments so that they will get incentives from the central government and public trust in local financial management. So that the implementation of e government can be realized in good government governance.

Web technology development is growing rapidly because all technology's core is to make it easier for other people to create a web or find any information via the web. This study aims to design an online application/website specifically for local products that focus on fashion, especially those that have not been touched by online media at all, such as in Pasar Baru and Pasar Andir, located in the city of Bandung. This research used descriptive with a qualitative approach. This study indicates that a website can be used as a promotional medium for local clothing stores to expand marketing reach. Besides that, it can also improve the image of the local clothing company. More than that, of course, visitors can find out the latest types of branded clothing products and make sales transactions with consumers without visiting the store in person. With this website, of course, it will make it easier for customers to make purchase transactions at local brand clothing stores that are not widely known.

The purpose of this research is to design a web-based waste bank management information system so that it can facilitate waste bank officers and the public as customers in managing and accessing waste bank data. The method used in the research is qualitative by interviewing residents around Sukaleueur RT 07/07 who agree with the waste bank program. Based on the research, the design of the website is important for ease of officers in the input data, store data, and inform the customer requires. The data will be inputted by the officer and stored in a database so that customers can access it at any time. Web-based information system design can work effectively and efficiently to assist officers and customers in managing or receiving data information about waste bank data.

Penghindaran pajak merupakan salah satu strategi perusahaan untuk mengurangi beban pajak pada hukum dengan memanfaatkan kelemahan peraturan perpajakan yang ada. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi penghindaran pajak adalah audit dan ukuran perusahaan. Merupakan fenomena dimana PT. Adaro Energy Tbk diindikasikan untuk menghindari pajak dengan menjual batubara dengan harga rendah kepada anak perusahaannya di Singapore Coaltrade Service International untuk dijual kembali dengan harga tinggi, sehingga meningkatkan pembayaran pajak yang lebih rendah ke Indonesia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pemeriksaan terhadap penghindaran pajak dan pengaruh ukuran perusahaan terhadap penghindaran pajak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif verifikatif dengan diskusi kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder. Pengambilan sampel dengan metode purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi) dan regresi linier berganda. Perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya audit dan ukuran perusahaan yang positif terhadap penghindaran pajak yang dilakukan pada perusahaan sektor pertambangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2016-2018.

The rise of phenomena related to the disruption of the role of accountants has triggered academic actors to process ingredients so that the continuity of the world of education, especially the accounting study program as a graduate producer, continues. Accounting is a science that is conceptually irreplaceable by machines. Accounting vocational as a study program that seeks to produce graduates who are ready to work or create employment opportunities also needs to make reforms so that the absorption of graduates in the industrial world is more optimal. This study aims to describe cognitively the phenomena that occur in vocational education so that it becomes a reference for the sustainability of accounting vocational in the world of education. The research method used is qualitative research, namely the method by conducting interviews with informants from users of accounting graduates in the city. The data uses triangulation techniques and the data is analyzed inductively. The results showed that vocational was still needed by emphasizing applied accounting scientific skills so that graduates could be easily absorbed by the industrial world.

Merawat Anak Down Syndrome (ADS) memerlukan perjuangan dan pengorbanan yang sangat besar baik waktu, tenaga, biaya maupun pikiran. ADS ditakdirkan memiliki berbagai kelemahan seperti fisik (otot lemah), kesehatan (cacat dan rentan terhadap penyakit) serta IQ Rendah. Karena adanya berbagai kelemahan dengan resiko tinggi, sangat penting bagi Orang tua ADS untuk segera mempelajari cara penanganan ADS sedini mungkin. Terlambat menangani ADS dapat berakibat cacat atau semakin terlambatnya tumbuh kembang ADS. Untuk membantu para Orang tua dalam menangani ADS, tahun 2012 telah terbentuk Persatuan Orang Tua Anak dengan Down Syndrome (POTADS) Bandung. Melalui group whatsapp, para orang tua dapat bertanya dan berbagi pengalaman. Para Orang tua ADS juga dapat mengikut seminar, workshop/pelatihan dari para ahli, dan pengecekan kesehatan yang diselenggarakan POTADS. Melihat perjalanan POTADS yang sudah lama, tentunya sudah banyak ilmu dan pengalaman yang dibagi baik dari para pakar, terapis, orang tua, guru pengajar dan relawan dalam penanganan ADS ini. Akan tetapi faktanya masih sulit bagi orang tua untuk mencari sumber rujukan dalam mempelajari penanganan ADS yang lengkap dan terpercaya. Hal ini terbukti dengan selalu terulangnya pertanyaan masalah yang sama baik dalam group media sosial maupun kegiatan seminar. Hal tersebut terjadi karena knowledge penanganan ADS belum terdokumentasikan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dilakukan penelitian yaitu membuat model dan penerapan Knowledge Management System (KMS) terkait penanganan Anak Down Syndrome yang meliputi Knowledge Base, yakni pengetahuan dasar yang sumbernya berasal dari pengetahuan baku tertulis, dan Best Practice yaitu pengetahuan yang berasal dari pengalaman para ahli serta orang tua ADS. Penelitian ini direncanakan selama tiga tahun dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: Tahun I: Analisa infrastruktur yang ada, desain arsitektur Knowledge Management (KM), audit KM yang ada, bentuk tim KM, perancangan KM blue print dan Pengembangan Aplikasi Asesmen Anak Down Syndrome. Target TKT 4, luaran berupa model/blue print, jurnal international bereputasi (accepted/published) dan hak cipta terdaftar Tahun II: Membangun / kodifikasi Knowledge Management System Web dan pengujian lab KMS. Target TKT 5 dengan luaran jurnal international bereputasi (Accepted/Published), hak cipta, Dokumen uji, video/foto/ dan buku Penggunaan KMS beta. Tahun III: Optimasi/Pengembangan KMS/AADS Mobile, Implementasi KMS pada lingkungan sebenarnya, pilot testing dan sosialisasi KMS, mengevaluasi kinerja KMS dan survei pengukuran tingkat penerimaan POTADS terhadap KMS, Target TKT 6, dengan luaran Jurnal International Bereputasi (Accepted/Published) Dokumen uji, video/foto/ dan buku Penggunaan KMS. Hasil dan dampak yang akan dicapai antara lain: 1). KMS memudahkan para orang tua ADS mendapatkan pengetahuan lengkap terkait penanganan ADS sehingga tidak stress dan bingung kemudian dapat mempersiapkan diri lebih dini dan segera melakukan intervensi terhadap ADS sehingga ADS dapat tumbuh kembang dengan baik. 2). Para orang tua ADS mudah mendapatkan informasi tempat pemerikasaan medis, terapis-terapis, sekolah-sekolah, pendamping ADS disertai informasi lengkap seperti biaya, prosedur pelayanan, dan rekomendasi terbaik. 3). Para orang tua ADS tidak merasa sendiri karena dapat berkonsultasi/berbagi pengalaman dengan para orang tua ADS lainnya, atau dengan para pakar yang tergabung dalam KMS ini dan hasil konsultasi didokumentasikan sehingga dapat bermanfaat bagi orang tua ADS yang lain 4). Pengurus POTADS tidak lagi disibukan dengan menjawab pertanyaan permasalahan yang sama karena berbagai pertanyaan berikut jawabannya telah tersedia pada KMS

Abstract. The Covid-19 pandemic weakens human activities that are faced in nature. One of the activities is in teaching and learning activities that require all units in terms of education to be carried out at home or by online. The world of education in Indonesia, especially universities, requires students to carry out learning activities by online and one of them is Universitas Komputer Indonesia. One of the activities in the digital learning process at this time is Electronic Learning or E-Learning. This study aims to describe the use of UNIKOM LMS (Learning Management System) as a learning communication medium for students study in Universitas Komputer Indonesia. It also aims to determine the inhibiting and supporting factors in the implementation of learning using E-learning. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The result of this study indicates that the use of internet-based learning communication media in the use of E-Learning is considered quite effective to increase student learning activities in the Covid-19 pandemic mass because E-learning in UNIKOM LMS is used as an information medium to obtain lecture material and complete assignments given by lecturer. The lack of child-friendly spaces, the use of gadgets and the absence of transfer of knowledge about play patterns from parents to the current generation, causes children to be less creative, less exploratory, and less cooperative in games that involve playmates. However, in some settlements, a phenomenon appears which shows that there are still children playing with their peers in certain spaces. Some locations even show that children are still playing traditional games. The initial hypothesis leads the researcher to the assumption that this phenomenon occurs in the case of planned and unplanned settlements that are next to each other in urban areas. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a spatial analysis on positive spaces used by children to play, in adjoining residential areas. The research was conducted through observations in spaces that are often used by children to play, in several planned and unplanned residential neighborhoods in North Bandung, and then carried out a spatial analysis. The results showed that there was a production of space due to children's playing activities: 1) the mingling space, 2) the stationary and the moving space, 3) the fixed and the temporary space

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fungsi dan manfaat teknologi bagi perusahaan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan. Laporan keuangan merupakan salah satu informasi yang dihasilkan dari proses pencatatan, analisis, dan sistem informasi akuntansi untuk mengetahui kondisi dan perkembangan perusahaan. Dengan demikian, kondisi keuangan suatu perusahaan yang buruk dapat diketahui. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kemajuan teknologi dapat memberikan pengaruh yang baik dalam menghasilkan laporan keuangan yang berkualitas menurut standar akuntansi yang telah ditetapkan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini terbukti memberikan manfaat dan informasi bagi perusahaan untuk memanfaatkan dan beradaptasi dengan teknologi yang semakin pesat, sehingga memudahkan perusahaan dalam menyusun laporan keuangan yang berkualitas.
