FORWARD ENGINEERING IN STUDENT MARK RECAPITULATION APPLICATION

Deskripsi/Abstrak
This research intends to carry out forward engineering of the student mark recapitulation application in the information systems department, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. The forward engineering is the final step of the reengineering process in the mark recapitulation application. Re-engineering is done because the student mark recapitulation application cannot function properly. This re-engineering used the big bang approach, which is to rebuild or change the entire existing system, while the forward engineering stage follows the stages of the general model of re-engineering software, namely conceptual, requirements, design, and implementation. The conceptual and requirements stages have been carried out in previous reverse engineering research, so that in the forward engineering the research phase will start from the design stage then proceed to the implementation phase. The programming language in the existing application uses visual basic and the new application will be rebuilt using the java programming language. The results of this study are the student mark recapitulation application which has nine functions, namely lecture management, curriculum management, student management, import mark, mark management, system settings, temporary transcript printing, final transcript printing, and graduation certificate printing. Based on the results of tests on several computers with different operating systems, this application can function properly as expected.

The purpose of this research is to produce good quality products according to the wishes of consumers. The method used in this research is Ishikawa diagram. This method used to find out what factors affect the quality and lack of cones weight of the weight of a predetermined standard. Based on the results of the inspection carried out, several yarn cones do not have a weight according to the standard 3.175KG. Then, the type of product defects obtained is the weight does not match the thread cones on the spinning production floor 1. There are three factors causing the weight defects of yarn products in the Ishikawa diagram made, namely human factors, method factors, and machine factors. To be able to minimize the number of defects that occur in the yarn reel, in this study it is proposed several remedial actions based on the factors causing the defects including multiplying the sign in the form of lights in each yarn reel that has been damaged. With the improvement effort made, it is expected that the number of defects in the yarn reel can be minimized so that the yarn quality can be further improved.
MAINTENANCE STRATEGY SELECTION IN SPINNING MILLS INDUSTRY USING FUZZYAHP

The aim of this paper is to develop a multi-criteria decision making based on the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP) to select the best maintenance strategy for a spinning mill industry. The maintenance process can enhance reliability, quality of the products, cost, and other aspects. Therefore, the selection of appropriate maintenance strategies is a critical issue for manufacturers. Fuzzy AHP approach is proposed as the selection problem includes uncertainties and difficulty in evaluating alternatives and criteria with definite expressions. The process of decision making involves the comparison of three alternatives of feasible maintenance strategy which are corrective maintenance, periodic maintenance, and predictive maintenance. Each alternative is evaluated against criteria according to the priorities of the decision-makers. The criteria are feasibility, cost, reliability, safety and production quality. The result shows that reliability is the most important criterion with the weight of 0.309, followed by safety (0.235), quality (0.193), cost (0.190), and feasibility (0.074). Periodic maintenance has the highest alternative with a total score of 0.423 and it is ranked first, predictive maintenance is ranked second with a score of 0.355, and corrective maintenance has the lowest rank with a score of 0.222. According to the results, periodic maintenance is chosen as the best maintenance strategy. Finally, the proposed method is successfully applicable in maintenance strategy selection.

Tujuan dari pembuatan data mining adalah agar data penjualan tertata dengan rapi dan berdasarkan data penjualan dapat melihat potensi penjualan yang dapat meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Menjual barang membutuhkan metode baru dalam menganalisis data dalam penjualan dan data mining merupakan salah satu cara untuk menganalisis data penjualan yang tercipta di dunia bisnis yang semakin maju. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi pustaka dan observasi dengan tipe data sekunder. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pada saat mengolah data terdapat banyak cara dalam pengolahan data baik dari segi data maupun dari segi pengolahannya. Penyusunan dalam pengolahan selanjutnya menjadi informasi yang mudah dibaca dan data menjadi awal dari informasi yang sebelumnya kita olah dari beberapa metode yang ada dan data dikembangkan menjadi informasi yang mudah dibaca.

The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of smart economy program carried out by the Bandung City Government. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis with literature review. The results of this research were the theories and data relating to the title from the relevant agency, so the result could be known that the problem in smart economy was the socialization of the smart economy concept still ineffective and inadequate infrastructure for this program. Until now, Bandung City Government continues to make progress in the implementation process of the programs in smart economy sector. Thus, the impact of implementing smart economy is able to improve economic governance effectively for market traders in Bandung City.
KAJIAN SAINTIFIK FENOMENA ADIKSI GADGET DAN MEDIA SOSIAL DI INDONESIA

Penggunaan Gadget dan Media sosial saat ini tidak bisa dipisahkan dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan adanya adiksi gadget dan media sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab apakah fenomena adiksi gadget dan media sosial merupakan kenyataan saintifik atau tidak di Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan survei kepada 1312 responden. Sebelum kuesioner disebarkan, dilakukan uji validitas Pearson Product Momen dan uji reliabilitas dengan Cronbach's Alpha dan hasilnya menunjukan bahwa seluruh pertanyaan pada kuesioner valid dan reliable. Berdasarkan hasil survei, 42.45% responden mengalami kecanduan ringan, 10.82% responden mengalami kecanduan level sedang, dan 0.38% responden mengalami kecanduan yang sangat kuat terhadap gadget. Sedangkan hasil untuk adiksi media sosial, 37.50% responden mengalami kecanduan ringan, 7.85% responden mengalami kecanduan level sedang, dan 0.38% responden mengalami kecanduan yang sangat kuat terhadap media sosial. Dilihat dari sisi filsafat ilmu, Adiksi Gadget dan social media dikatakan sains dan bukan pseudo sains karena telah memenuhi ciri sains yaitu logis, empiris, dan dapat difalsifikasi. Sehingga perlu perhatian khusus dari masyarakat akan adanya adiksi gadget dan media social ini, agar adiksi ini dapat diantisipasi dan gejala-gejala yang ditimbulkan dapat diminimalisir

Indonesia memiliki beragam adat dan budaya yang masih dipertahankan sampai saat ini, diantaranya adalah masih ditemukannya para penghayat Kepercayaan Kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa di Kecamatan Cigugur, Kab. Kuningan, Propinsi Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini mencoba mendeskripsikan perkembangan agama lokal yang berlandaskan budaya Sunda bagi masyarakat Cigugur yang pada awalnya disebut Agama Djawa Sunda (ADS) yang saat ini lebih dikenal sebagai Adat Karuhun Urang (AKUR).
