This study is conducted to discover the impact and the use of electronic wallet (ewallet) by students especially in online transportation service. This research used a comparative approach by comparing online transportation service users with conventional transportation service and the literature analysis method, interviews, and written surveys involving students in Bandung as respondents. The results of this study showed that students who used electronic wallets to pay for online transportation service were more able to control their expenses efficiently compare to students who use conventional transportation service and use conventional payment methods as well. Especially for students, using an electronic wallet in online transportation services is very helpful in the payment process.

The purpose of this study is to discuss the effect of using E-Wallet on people's lives. This research used a qualitative research method because this study describes the events that are taking place in the present. The results of this study show how much influence the E-Wallet on community behavior, which ultimately the community experienced many changes one of which is a change in consumer behavior in daily life. Nowadays, social life cannot be separated from information system technology, where technology has entered into all aspects of social life. As for the background of this writing is the number of a startup that develops and offers E-Wallet information system technology to the public as a substitute for wallets and cash. With a variety of business strategies that startups have done, this E-Wallet is easily accepted by the general public.

The author conducted this study with the aim to find out how the analysis of talent management and teamwork on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. This research method uses descriptive and verification methods. After compiling the literature review, and hypotheses, data were obtained through a questionnaire distributed to 75 respondents, namely employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung, using random sampling techniques. Data analysis was performed with the SPSS v.23 for windows program. The results of the analysis are used to test the validity, reliability, determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing using the f test and t test. The results of data analysis from this study indicate that simultaneously, talent management and teamwork have a significant effect on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Partial talent management and teamwork also significantly influence employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara VIII Bandung. Keywords: Talent Management, Team Cooperation, Employee Performance

The research method used a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study found out how big the impact of the interface design where the market in Indonesia can attract consumers. The market is currently growing very rapidly. Market growth is increasing throughout the world including Indonesia. Market interface design is the spearhead of competition between one market and another. This information technology system design stage is the stage after the analysis of the information technology system development cycle, the definition of system requirements for information technology, preparation for design (implementation), describes how an information technology system can be formed in the form of planning, drawing, making skesta or arrangement of several separate elements into a unified whole and functioning. In the IS field, design theory represents one of five main types of theory (Gregor 2006). Design principles for web-based systems are scattered and limited in the IS literature.
