The purpose of this research is to make a tool designed to assist workers in carrying out production activities and prevent work accidents caused by machinery. The method used in this study is the Ulrich method. Ulrich method that used in this research is to explain the steps in designing a product. The results obtained in this study are 12 concepts available. These concepts must be evaluated and filtered very carefully to get maximum results. The Pugh method is used to assist in the process of evaluation and screening of concepts so that the 3 selected concepts will be developed. Concept evaluation for the three selected concepts must be done by comparing the rank and weight value of each concept to make it easier to use formulas so that it can help in the assessment process. The Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle Program kurangi, pisahkan dan manfaatkan (Kang Pisman) is a waste management program which basically uses the principle of zero waste. The success of waste management is determined by the involvement of the community, government and the private sector working together. To improve the community's capacity in waste management, the Bandung City Government has implemented an empowerment program through the Kang Pisman program. The theory used is the community empowerment theory put forward by Totok Mardikanto. Regarding empowerment, in essence, it is to strengthen the power (ability) so that the community is independent, therefore empowerment can be interpreted as a capacity building process. Strengthening the capacity here to foster community participation with three factors, namely strengthening individual capacity, institutional capacity and network capacity. The method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using library research and field studies. namely non-participant observation, interviews and documentation. The technique of determining informants for the Bandung City Environment and Sanitation Service apparatus uses purposive techniques and for the community using the Accidental technique. The results of this study indicate that strengthening the individual capacity for community empowerment through the Kang Pisman program in Bandung City in increasing the capacity of the personality to increase the ability and independence of the community in managing waste at the source has not been implemented thoroughly and optimally. Strengthening institutional capacity through the Kang Pisman program in planning, implementation and supervision has not been optimal. Strengthening network capacity through the Kang Pisman program in Cihaurgeulis Village in cooperating with related organizations such as RT, RW, Kelurahan and environmental care organizations has not been optimal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan dalam bidang bisnis online. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif untuk mendeskripsikan atau menganalisis hasil penelitian. Karakteristik situs web didefinisikan sebagai atribut yang dipertimbangkan konsumen saat mengevaluasi situs online. Karakteristik website diukur dengan menggunakan lima dimensi kenyamanan belanja, desain, informatif, keamanan, komunikasi. Bisnis online merupakan sarana penting bagi konsumen untuk mencari produk, minat beli konsumen melalui toko online cenderung tinggi. Kepuasan konsumen sangat dipengaruhi oleh proses transaksi dan kepercayaan. Dan berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa kemudahan, keamanan, desain situs, informasi dan komunikasi serta fitur bisnis online mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan.

Top management support in the accounting information system is one of the factors influencing the quality of the accounting information system. Top management involvement is essential to the success of an organization's accounting information system. The fundamental role of accounting information systems in an organization is to produce quality accounting information. A quality accounting information system is able to get value to the organization by providing accurate and timely information. Quality information is useful to assist information users in making useful decisions.The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between top management support on the quality of the accounting information system and its impact on the quality of accounting information at BUMN Majalengka Regency. The method used in this is descriptive verification with a quantitative approach. Test analysis using Path Analysis using SPSS v25 software. The results of this study indicate that top management support has a significant influence on the quality of accounting information systems and the quality of accounting information systems affects the quality of accounting information.
