Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan rekomendasi model infrastruktur komunikasi berupa perancangan sistem berbasis website yang dapat digunakan oleh project manager dan project team dalam melakukan perencanaan komunikasi, distribusi informasi, pelaporan kinerja, sampai melakukan pengelolaan stakeholder ketika terjadi permasalahan pada asaat proyek berlangsung, sehingga project manager dapat melakukan pengawasan dan evaluasi terhadap pengerjaan suatu proyek.

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengembangkan Universitas Komputer Indonesia (Unikom) khususnya sebagai bahan evaluasi dan masukan bagi Direktorat Aset, Tata Kelola, dan Career Center yang sudah berubah menjadi Divisi Bimbingan, Konseling, dan Career Center sejak November 2018, melalui.tanggapan lulusan mengenai strategi yang dilakukan CDC Unikom dalam membantu lulusan memperoleh pekerjaan. Sub fokus yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tanggapan lulusan pada tiga strategi CDC Unikom yaitu, job fair, tracer study, dan website. Penelitiian ini menggunakan pendekatan Kualitatif dengan Metode Penelitian Deskriptif. Informan dipilih melalui Teknik Purposif, terdiri dari tiga informan, yang merupakan lulusan Unikom sebagai peserta fair, responden tracer study, dan pengunjung webiste. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui: tinjauan pustaka, penelusuran data online, wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipan, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data ditempuh menggunakan analisis data kualitatif, terdiri dari: data collection, data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing (verification), Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Tanggapan lulusan mengenai job fair yang dilakukan oleh CDC Unikom cukup membantu untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan. Tetapi, tanggapan lulusan mengenai perusahaan-perusahaan yang berpartisipasi di Unikom Career Days cukup negatif karena lebih banyak lowongan pekerjaan untuk lulusan Fakultas Teknik dan Ilmu Komputer. Walaupun begitu, CDC Unikom senantiasa melakukan pendataan atau pemantauan mengenai jumlah lulusan Unikom yang memperoleh pekerjaan dari pelaksanaan Unikom Career Days; (2) Tanggapan lulusan mengenai tracer study yang dilakukan oleh CDC Unikom adalah biasa saja manfaatnya sehingga masih perlu disosialisasikan diantaranya manfaat mengisi tracer study, dimana lulusan dapat mengetahui performance (penilaian atas kinerjanya) yang berasal dari atasan atau pimpinan perusahaan, tempat lulusan tersebut bekerja; (3) Tanggapan lulusan mengenai website CDC Unikom dalam membantu lulusan memperoleh pekerjaan sudah secara keseluruhan sudah jelas dan cukup lengkap, tetapi mengenai tampilan website CDC Unikom dirasa masih terlihat monoton. Halaman-halaman tertentu pada website tersebut kurang baik pengelolaannya sehingga tampak tidak rapi, misalnya halaman artikel. Website CDC Unikom juga tidak terlalu update dimana pembaharuan dilakukan berdasarkan informasi yang akan dibagikan. Peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa tanggapan lulusan mengenai strategi yang dilakukan oleh CDC Unikom sudah dikelola secara rutin dan terorganisir sehingga cukup membantu lulusan mendapatkan pekerjaan. Peneliti menyarankan Selain informasi mengenai lowongan pekerjaan, CDC Unikom juga dapat memberikan materi terkait dengan pengembangan karir dengan membuat modul khusus yang diterbitkan CDC Unikom, yang dapat diunduh secara gratis holeh lulusan Unikom.

The purpose of the research is to discover the implementation of communication existing in the background of PT. CGI Darajad Garut, its partners and the communities in Samarang and Pasirwangi District as the SMEs businessmen. The implementation of corporate social communication is a stage in which the communication program plan that has been established previously is to be implemented into a form of action program; namely the activities of MSMEs as PT. CGI Darajad Garut CSR program as a concrete step to solve the existing problems in order to achieve the goals. This qualitative research utilized descriptive study method to answer and obtain results that the implementation of internal communication (intrapersonal) and interpersonal communication (interpersonal) is a step that can be used to determine the background of PT. CGI Darajad Garut, its partners and the community in Samarang and Pasirwangi Sub districts as the SMEs in the CSR program as the realization of social communication and development communication. The clear relevance and impact of the research results can be concluded that professional work through partnerships is recognized as important to secure activities that are being developed for public relations practitioners in the company in the communities around the company's operational areas.

This research intends to know the political communication method of the Chairman of Wes Java Parliament Ineu Purwadewi in showing up the political identity of Sundanese woman as political symbols. This research used qualitative approach with design of case studies. The used of political symbols in political communication are consisted of three instruments that is political communication with usage of political identity raises the symbol of clothing, symbol of color, symbol of language. The result of the research did is at perspective of socio-cultural. how language plays a very important role that breeds culture in life or the reality in society. Sundanese asset value is an identity that used in political communication space and then incarnate become political identity that attached on people is ethnophilosophical building in West Java. Based on the result of the research that has been described about the political communication Chairman of West Java Province Parliament for the period of 2014 - 2019 2019 in showing up political identity of Sundanese woman, can be concluded that; Politcal identity of Sundanese woman raises the political symbol which is “pseudo of the political symbols of a Sundanese woman” that is pretense or fake political symbol. The symbol that is “pseudo of the political symbols of a Sundanese woman” will have to result on “quasi of the political symbols" that is a pseudo-political symbol, in political communication orientation is short-term and pragmatic. The exchange of the political identity in political communication raises the political symbol of Sundanese woman who attached is “pseudo of political identity." As a Sundanese woman, political communication Chairman of West Java Province Parliament for the period of 2014 - 2019 should have been raising the Sundanese political identity and implemented in political communication space and become a life foundation.
