Examining The Effect Of User Participation And User Capabilities On The Accounting Information System Performance

Abstrak

The performance of the accounting information system is largely unsatisfactory and not optimal for many companies that use the accounting information system in their operating systems. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of users participation and users capcapabilities on the accounting information systems performance. A questionnaire survey was used as the primary data collection method. The population of this study is 36 companies and the sampling technique used is a non-probcapabilities sampling. Descriptive data analysis technique is used for this study and performed using SPSS V.26. The results showed that the impact of user participation on the performance of the accounting information system, the value of intervals are good enough, but still finds some things that are not optimal, and the impact of user capacity on the performance of the accounting information system shows a moderate or reasonably good interval value, but still found some things that are not optimal, namely expertise and information system performance.

Representation Of The Meaning Of Indung In Artworks

Abstrak

Indung means mother in Sundanese. Indung in Sundanese culture is found in Paribasa, Babasan, Carita Pantun, Waditra (Sundanese traditional musical instrument), traditional ceremonies, and others. The word indung, which is found in almost all elements of Sundanese culture and manifests in Sundanese artifacts, has an invisible meaning. The meaning of indung in the perspective of Sundanese culture that exists in today’s society has not been explored. The meaning of indung from a cultural perspective needs to be searched for. There have not been found artworks with the theme of indung from a Sundanese cultural perspective, so it is necessary to explore representations in artworks. This study employs the Art-based Research method, in which an investigation is carried out on the data, and the results are represented in artworks. Through questionnaires, interviews, and literature studies, the meaning of indung is extracted and then tabulated to be classified and analyzed. The results of data processing showed that indung has many meanings, the result of converging data from the literature, questionnaire and interview the whole there are 17 meanings, among which the nurse, angel, house, huge, source of life, earth, embrace, harmony, the center of life, and love. The results of data processing are represented in artworks. Artworks made based on the meaning of indung are limited to three titles, namely Sumber Kehidupan (Source of Life), Merangkul (Embracing), and Rumah yang Hangat (Warm Home). The visual exploration contained in the three titles is made using stylized forms with a decorative style, using elements of motifs and colors from West Javanese batik. The media and techniques used are found in written batik. The results of the visualization of the meaning of indung of the three artworks that are created can be concluded that the meaning of indung cannot be symbolized singly.

Abstrak

The Cireng Manis (CiMan) design aims to increase the profitability of Cireng Manis fruit flavour sales by expanding the marketing strategy using android-based online. Therefore, it can be accessed by many people. The method used in making this application is the Waterfall System Development Life Cycle. This application is based on Android usingJava programming language and combines it with node JS as a database intermediary. This application makes our sales higher than usual because people more easily know our sales through social media. Other than that, it also makes it easier for customers to make purchases because they already use online transactions. Also, Cireng is also liked by almost all ages. Seeing these advantages, we will develop our application further to make it easier for everyone to use it to gain more benefits.
