Transportation Management Through One-Way Route For Congestion Anticipation In Bandung

Abstrak
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of transportation management through the application of one-way routes based on the level of service on the road sections in overcoming congestion. The method used a quantitative descriptive method with data collection using traffic counting, which is supported by various data from literature review relating to the object of this study. This study discusses the volume of vehicles that cross Sukajadi Road at certain hours to determine the time of peak vehicle volume in the morning and afternoon as well as the service level of the Sukajadi Road section based on the road capacity of 5,343.36 pcu / hour. The results of this study indicate that the application of transportation management by one-way lane has not been maximized to overcome the congestion, due to the class of road services that still have the characteristics of vehicle flow that is obstructed at certain hours, especially in the morning and afternoon. The impact of implementing transportation management in natural environment made the air quality effectively maintained with the average of PM10 by 98.

Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to see how digital marketing strategies can affect the increase in sales and number of customers. The method used to support this research is descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through literature study in order to describe the elements that exist in a digital marketing strategy in depth. The results of this study show that the development of information technology is necessary for the community to support a variety of business activities both large and small. one of them is using digital marketing in the marketing system of a business unit to increase sales volume and the number of consumers that affect competitiveness in global competition. It is because technology will facilitate human work in meeting their needs related to the development of business units.

Analisis Jejaring Sosial Untuk Manajemen Pengelolaan Perbatasan Antara Negara

Kepulauan Riau merupakan provinsi yang berbatasan laut dengan banyak negara. Kondisi geostrategic tersebut menyebabkan pemerintah daerah di 5 Kabupaten/Kota yang berbatasan langsung negara tetangga membentuk Badan Pengelola Perbatasan. disisi lain Pemerintah Pusat memiliki lembaga-lembaga vertical yang berperan dalam mengelola kawasan perbatasan di Kepulauan Riau. Fungsi dan peran stakeholder perbatasan tersebut memiliki kelemahan dan kelebihan dalam mengelola perbatasan. Untuk mengkaji permasalahan dalam tata kelola perbatasan dan cara kolaborasi antar stakeholder pengelola perbatasan diperlukan analisa jejaring social melalui metode Analisis Stakeholders Pengelola Perbatasan, Analisis Derajat Node dan Derajat Rata-rata, serta Analisis Keterpusatan. Hasil dari kajian menunjukan masih belum terjadinya kolaborasi yang efektif antara Badan Nasional Pengelola Perbatasan dengan Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (OPD) dimasing-masing Kabupaten/Kota dalam pengelolan kawasan perbatasan di Kepulauan Riau, hal ini disebabkan masih terdapat ego sektoral di masing-masing Stakeholders Pengelola Perbatasan. Kajian ini memiliki perbedaan dengan kajian perbatasan lainnya karena ruang lingkup wilayah penelitian berada diperbatasan laut dengan persebaran OPD Pengelolaan perbatasan Kabupaten/Kota yang jauh satu sama lainnya.

The Role Of Strategic Leadership And Work Life Quality On Improving Work Productivity

Abstrak
This study aims to analyze the role of strategic leadership and the quality of work life on employee’s work productivity at company engaged in retail business both partially and simultaneously. This research uses the descriptive and the verification method. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaire distributed to 63 respondents at the company. While secondary data obtained from various scientific journals and documents. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression using the software of SPSS 17.0. The results indicate that work productivity is significantly affected by strategic leadership and the quality of worklife both partially and simultaneously, which means that the better the strategic leadership and the quality improvement of work life will enhance the work productivity.
