Interactional Meaning Of Systemic Functional Multimodal Discourse Analysis On World Health Day 2020 Poster Related To Covid-19 Issue

Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to increase the effectiveness of information packaging related to the Covid-19 outbreak, especially with regard to public concern for health workers who are the frontlines in handling the outbreak. The study examines the interactional meaning represented in World Health Day 2020 Poster related to Covid-19 Issue released by World Health Organization (WHO) through its official website. In doing the analysis, a Systemic Functional Multimodal Discourse Analysis (SFMDA) approach is used. SFMDA is implemented to analyze both visual and verbal modes represented in the poster. Therefore, visual grammar and Systemic Functional Grammar are employed, specifically to get a comprehensive analysis of interactional meaning from both of the modes. In visual grammar, interactional meaning is realized through the concept of interactive meaning which involves contact, social distance, attitude, and modality related to interactive and represented participants while in Systemic Functional Grammar, interactional meaning is realized through the concept of interpersonal meaning which involves mood system analysis. The results show that a good combination of visual and verbal modes can ensure readability and accurate information delivery to the readers, and finally, it is hoped that the goals expected by the poster maker can be communicated well.

Designing Information Systems For Small And Medium Enterprises Based On Application

Abstrak
Small and medium enterprises are a major factor in playing a role in the era of globalization to advance the country's economy. On the other hand, there are still many small and medium enterprises that still apply information systems manually, which is an obstacle in the world of business competition. Therefore, the need for a transaction application that facilitates sales activities, which are still manually digital. So the purpose of this study is to design transaction applications for small and medium enterprises with the latest information systems. To support this research, researchers used a descriptive method approach with a practical and applicable approach by collecting data using literature studies and developing information systems using a prototype method with an object-based approach. The results show that this design has an impact on changes in business performance. because in this application provides the latest features and is easy to operate by small and medium businesses. Some of the features include: Login Menu, Main Menu, Item Menu and Sales Menu. Basically, with some far better benefits provided, many small business operators are reluctant to use them for reasons related to equipment costs. It can be concluded that in designing an application well, the resulting application will run well. This application is useful for reducing the occurrence of small errors in transactions.

Analysis And Design Of Incoming Mail Filing Information Systems At Universities, By Optimizing The Use Of Google Drive

Abstrak
The purpose of this research is to create and implement an incoming mail archiving information system in a university environment by optimizing and integrating several applications from Google. For inputting and distributing incoming mail, Google Forms will be used, which will be integrated with Google Calendar to help schedule an online agenda for managing activities / events according to the contents of the letter. This research includes descriptive research with a practical and applicable approach, starting with data collection followed by the stage of developing an information system. The information system development stage is carried out as follows: 1). System Analysis, which is carried out based on the results of the data collection stage. The analysis is carried out by taking into account the existing problems, the purpose of building the information system, identification of data input, and identification of outputs which are the needs of the desired information report/display. 2). System Design. At this stage, a detailed information system design will be made based on the desired specifications at the analysis stage. 3). Programming, namely the process of making information systems 4). Testing, carried out the internal testing stage (unit testing and system testing). Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the incoming mail management system using the Google Drive application coupled with other applications can be used as an optimal and integrated management of incoming mail in universities. The impact of this application is that it can help the secretariat of the study program to manage and distribute incoming mail properly, for lecturers and study program leaders it can help remind activities or deadlines for work to be done.

Prototype Blockchain Based Smart Contract For Freelance Marketplace System

Abstrak
Freelancing marketplace is a site or platform that connects two parties in processing service transactions at an hourly rate or per project. A conventional freelancing marketplace is a place for freelancers to find work and transact digitally. This study aims to propose a prototype of a freelancing marketplace system that is distributed and decentralized, secure, and transparent using smart contract-based blockchain technology. The method used in this study is a prototype which is a fast method of developing a software system. The developed prototype is a system that is based on the Ethereum public blockchain network, utilizes a smart contract mechanism in its transaction activities, and use IPFS in the storage and sharing of documents on it. According to the findings of the research, transaction data input in the freelancing marketplace system prototype environment can be executed by smart contracts and saved on the blockchain network, indicating that the transaction data will be stored more securely, tamper proof, and transparent.

Abstrak
Semakin banyak organisasi yang menyadari pentingnya membangun sistem informasi berdasarkan perumusan model bisnis dan mengimplementasikannya ke dalam aktivitas perusahaan. Kelangsungan hidup suatu organisasi sangat ditentukan oleh kemampuannya untuk bersaing di pasar. Dalam sistem modern, terdapat ketergantungan antara sistem informasi perusahaan, model bisnis dan proses bisnis perusahaan. Terdapat pengaruh yang sama kuat antara model bisnis dan sistem informasi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai antara model bisnis dan sistem informasi adalah untuk mencapai tujuan bersama yang universal dan menjaga keseimbangan tiga dimensi pembangunan berkelanjutan, yakni: lingkungan, sosial, dan ekonomi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan lapangan, pendekatan kelembagaan, dan pendekatan kepustakaan. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan studi kepustakaan baik nasional dan internasional, sedangkan data sekunder berasal dari open journal system, prosiding, peraturan pemerintah, dan peraturan perundang-undangan. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah diperolehnya data UMKM dan diperolehnya model bisnis, teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi UMKM dalam menghadapi Sustainable Development Goals. Hal ini diperlukan untuk pengelolaan usaha yang optimal dan memiliki nilai tambah dalam menghadapi Sustainable Development Goals.

The Role Of Using Village Funds To Governance Information System For Covid-19 Responsive Village At The Post Covid-19 Era

Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to review the use of the Village budget in Pagerwangi Village and its effect on the information system for village governance for the response to COVID-19 in the post-COVID-19 era. The government program mentioned above certainly aims to improve people's lives after the impact of COVID-19. So this program must be socialized massively to the community, so that the community can be involved and play a role in restoring community activities in the village to support the welfare of the Village community. Information technology can play a very important role with the speed of access and the breadth of coverage via the internet, especially with the enactment of Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) limiting some activities so that face-to-face socialization is not possible because of the risk of becoming a new cluster of the spread of COVID-19 making use of it. information technology has become very effective. Currently the explosion in the use of information systems or information technology is soaring rapidly, the speed of information is very much needed for all activities, especially in the conditions of the COVID-19 Pandemic. The government's appeal stating work from home, social distancing and adjusting the work system does not mean that public servants and learning are stopped, but all activities are carried out with the help of information technology or online. Researchers conducted research in Pagerwangi Village. Pagerwangi Village is a village located in Lembang District, West Bandung Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia. This village is located in a mountainous area and between areas are separated by steep hills and valleys so that the role of information technology will be very important as an effort to socialize and as a medium so that the community can respond and play a role, and can find out what the development of village programs is like. handling COVID-19, to educating the public about their role in realizing a Safe COVID-19 Village in Pagerwangi Village.

Abstrak
Decoration and Consulting of Garden Design Service Web-based is a garden decoration and consultation service that will be present in the world of e-commerce. With the presence of e-commerce this aims as the development of an entrepreneurship in cost efficiency, time and energy and can facilitate customers in finding installation services and garden consultancy via the internet. The research method carried out is by conducting a literature study of material collection, survey methods to obtain data and information directly to partners and some customers to find out people’s interest in garden decoration and plants consultations. The expected result in this research is an application design of Decoration and Consulting of Garden Design Service Web-based ad scientific articles that can be discussed on a national scale such as incites. In addition Decoration and Consulting of Garden Design Service Web-based is very supportive in the era of the industrial revolution 5.0. The industrial revolution 5.0 was developed because the industrial revolution 4.0 had deficiencies in the human resources department in the use of developing technology. However, in 2020 some people have been very familiar with technology due to the existence of Covid-19, so for children who are still studying, they are required to study online and that can make parent and their children themselves have the ability to run the system used. Therefore the creation of Decoration and Consulting of Garden Design Service Web-based has an advantage in the field in terms of marketing and also its implementation.

Analysis Of Transportation Services Using Service Quality Method

Abstrak
Transportation business people try to meet customer needs by providing the best quality service and maximum facilities so that customers feel satisfied with the services that have been provided, but the quality of services that have been provided is not solely in accordance with customer expectations and perceptions. The purpose of this research is to find out how good the level of service quality has been, it is necessary to measure the service quality between customer expectations and perceptions of the service quality. The research method used is to compare customer expectations and perceptions using the service quality gap method. 5. The research instrument is a questionnaire consisting of 25 statement variables and classifies into 5 dimensions of service quality according to Parasuraman's, namely the dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The overall level of customer expectations got an average score of 3.06 and the level of perception perceived by customers as a whole got an average score of 2.90. The statement with the highest gap (gap 5) and included in quadrant A (the main priority for improvement) on the Cartesian diagram is in the quality of service regarding buses facilitated by safety support (first aid kits, fire extinguishers and emergency exits), buses facilitated by entertainment support (karaoke and LCD TV) and buses are facilitated to support comfort (reclining chairs, air conditioning, blankets and pillows). The impact this research about the quality of service is not appropriate or does not meet the expectations of customers, therefore it is necessary to improve the quality of related services so that the quality of service provided is maximal and can meet customer expectations.
