The Family Principle In Economy: Understanding The Concept And Practical Challenge

Abstrak
This research aims to delineate how the family principle has been regarded and understood in Indonesia's Economy. Furthermore, it seeks to comprehensively understand the family principle to prevent further misconceptions or multi-interpretations. The method used is the qualitative approach that is based on literary studies. Besides providing the advantage of being exploratory in nature, the approach is suitable for studies in the environment of economic theory as researchers attempt to gain understanding through the thoughts and interpretation building of significant figures in the Indonesian economy. Overall, it is evident that cooperation and competition are the two crucial and equally important elements of the family principle to understand the concept comprehensively. Thus, the research concluded that both concepts had been integrated into the family principle as coopetition, whereas all economic institutions recognized by the constitution simultaneously compete and cooperate. Primadi Tabrani Bahasa Rupa Portraiture Photograph Raden Adipati Soeria Nata Ningrat Study

Abstrak
Pada masa Kolonial kerajaan Nusantara, foto dapat dikatakan sebagai barang mewah, hanya masyarkat dari golongan tertentu yang memiliki foto diri, Raden Adipati Soeria Nata Ningrat merupakan salah satu yang memiliki foto portrait, sehingga menarik untuk dilakukan kajian terhadap foto dirinya. Kajian yang berkaitan dengan foto portrait Raden Adipati Soeria Nata Ningrat dengan menggunakan Bahasa Rupa Primadi Tabrani belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya. Dari foto portrait dapat dilakukan kajian menggunakan Bahasa Rupa Primadi Tabrani, untuk menganalisa pesan yang ingin disampaikan dari foto Raden Adipati Soeria Nata Ningrat, terutama dari simbol status sosial. Dimana simbole status sosial tersebut terlihat dari atribut pakaian yang dikenakan, seperti motif pada pakaian, posisi keris, hingga pemilihan batik yang dikenakan dalam foto portrait.

Implementation Of Gamification In Mathematics M-Learning Application To Creating Student Engagement

Abstrak
Mathematics is one of the main subjects in school. In some schools, the learning methods used are still using conventional methods, namely lectures and exercises. The main difficulty in learning mathematics is how to make the material presented more interesting so that it does not make students bored and easy to understand the material. The use of an attitude of interest in games that knows no age and the various advantages of games gives rise to a combination of learning mechanisms called gamification. Gamification is the process of applying game mechanics to non-game activities to increase user interactivity. Gamification in the m-learning mathematics application was developed using the Attention, Relevance, Confidence, and Satisfaction (ARCS) learning model and the octalysis framework gamification method. Gamification in this mathematics m-learning application applies a game strategy using a system of levels, missions, challenges, points, progress bars, leader boards, and badges. The results of this study indicate that this application can be used as an alternative medium for learning mathematics and student engagement with the result that gamification applied to the m-learning mathematics application can increase student interest by 35%, increase student motivation by 33%, and improve understanding 42% of students towards learning mathematics.

Institutional Development In The Supply Chain System Of Oil Palm Agroindustry In South Kalimantan

Abstrak
Developing oil palm agroindustry in South Kalimantan involves internal and external factors for its sustainability. The long distance of each stakeholder requires a digitally connected system. The research aimed at identifying criteria, sub-criteria, and alternatives in the developed network model, determine the sensitivity to determine the relevance of actor's role, determine the effectiveness and efficiency before and after implementation of the system, and analyse the level of certainty and importance of assumptions developed. The methods used were surveys, focus group discussions, and questionnaires. Experts in the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method were from academia, business, society and government. Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) method to analyse supply chain performance involved 178 respondents. The level of certainty and importance of assumptions was with Strategic Assumption Surfacing and Testing (SAST). The results of the analysis show there was an interdependence between the sub-criteria on the specified criteria and alternatives applied to achieve the goals. Pairwise comparisons showed the highest sub-criteria cluster was the replanting program with a weight of 0.662, for alternative cluster the highest priority weight in the system involving all actors playing a role was 0.391, with relevant sensitivity test results. The results of the analysis of effectiveness and efficiency before and after implementation of the system showed an increase in SCOR value for all actors. The results of SAST analysis were in Quadrant I with the highest level of importance and certainty of 7.6 meaning very important and certain. The implications of the research results can be seen in fostering the use of technology in realizing transparency, especially regarding the price, quality, and traceability of fresh fruit bunches, the realization of a monitoring system for policymakers and capital assistance for independent oil palm smallholders.

A Systematic Review Of The Event Organizer'S E-Business

Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to conduct a systematic review of the organization of events using e-business. This study focuses on the use of technology in e-business, which is used in organizing events. The approach method used is a systematic literature review (SLR). SLR results based on indexing databases such as Google Scholar, crossref, IEEE, doaj, scimajor, and Wiley found 31 articles. Event organizers using e-business can provide offers such as planning events, organizing events, and budget planning.

Analisis Hasil Survei Spada Dikti 2021 Dan Dampaknya Terhadap Rekomendasi Kebijakan Implementasi Kampus Merdeka

Abstrak
Program implementasi kebijakan Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dalam pelaksanaannya dimungkinkan akan selalu muncul permasalahan terhadap kebijakan pelaksanaannya. Dari semua kemungkinan permasalahan ini, maka tujuan yang diharapkan adalah ingin mengetahui dampak nyata implementasi kebijakan program MBKM terhadap proses belajar mengajar apabila terapkan dalam lingkungan Program Studi Teknik Elektro Universitas Komputer Indonesia. Hasil analisis dari dampak implementasi ini akan dijadikan rekomendasi penerapan model pembelajaran MBKM sesuai kebutuhan dan kemampuan program studi. Untuk memperoleh ketercapaian hasilnya, maka metode yang digunakan melalui pendekatan metode survei terhadap pelaku dan pengguna kebijakan yaitu mahasiswa, dosen, dan tenaga pendidikan di dalam lingkungan program studi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemahaman responden mahasiswa terhadap program MBKM, sebagian besar responden mahasiswa berpendapat pada rentang nilai “Berdampak”, yaitu sebanyak 56% responden. Kesiapan mahasiswa mengikuti program MBKM, sebagian besar responden mahasiswa berada pada rentang skor “Cukup Siap” yaitu sebanyak 45% responden. Responden mahasiswa yang menyatakan kegiatan MBKM berimplikasi pada lama masa studi, didapati 52% responden berpendapat masih dapat lulus tepat waktu. Hanya sebagian kecil responden, yaitu sebanyak 17% responden yang khawatir dapat memperlama masa studi. Keywords Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM), responden, kebijakan prodi Teknik Elektro
