Designing Internet Café As An Electronic Sport Athletes Boot Camp In Bandung

Abstrak
The aim of the study is to create an innovation of the internet café become an internet boot camp café for the electronic sport athletes in Indonesia. The descriptive method is used to explain the data to the specific concept of the internet café boot camp. The material is processed to be created into the concepts of internet cafe as a boot camp for the electronic sport athletes. The result of this research showed that internet café as a boot camp for electronic sport athletes can creates an adequate place for the athletes to develop their gaming skill through some practices and training and create a comfortable atmosphere so the electronic athletes of Indonesia can fully concentrate and prepared for the E-Sport tournament not only in Asia but reaches Europe, America and Worldwide.

Clothing Store Website Creation Utilizing Social Media As Media Promotion

Abstrak
The purpose of this study is to facilitate and provide an access for the consumers of the clothing store and also promote the website so it can become a media liaison and media business between the clothing store and the consumer. The clothing store website will operate as a sales medium containing catalogs of the clothing store products, the purchasing process and the payment methods. This research used interview method by collecting information and the waterfall method development by using social media as media promotion. The results achieved from this research is the number of demands for clothing Store website to be more attractive by packaging the latest concept so that the selling value of goods, the consumers visit and the purchasing product can increase.

Design And Analysis On Data Warehouse Of Personnel Administration System Using Time Series Algorithm

Abstrak
The purpose of this study was to design and analysis on data warehouse of personnel administration system using time series. The success of the company in performing its business activities is definitely supported by reliable system administration job. Abundant data within the company; employee information, attendance data, leave the data, the increase in the classroom, increase salaries and allowances requires good management in the order. To assist in the management of personnel data in the study, analysis and design on data warehouse is done in the administration section personnel to facilitate the collection of employee data, monthly and annual reports. The method used in the data warehouse design, data retrieval is done form related sources through extraction, transforming, and loading (ETL) process. After the data warehouse is formed, then conducted data analysis of the presence of the employee with a period of time, either the monthly attendance data analysis as well as using the annual time series algorithm. Process analysis is used to look at trend data is the presence of any employee that can be used to analyze the performance of each employee. This process then continues with the creation of reports on performance of employees which can be used for strategic decisions at the management level. The results obtained from this study showed that the application of data warehouse in staffing information systems conducted to obtain information that can support strategic decisions at the management level. Thus, the design and implementation of data warehouse in power system can help collect data, analyze data, create a report and present the data in a form of employment that can be used to aid strategic decisions at the management level.

Destination Information System For Bandung City Using Location-Based Services (Lbs) On Android

Abstrak
Bandung is a city in West Java, Indonesia with many interesting locations to visit. For most favourite destinations, we can easily look for it on Google and we will find some blogs there discussing about related content. The problem is we can not guarantee that the destination is frequented by visitor. In this research, we utilizes an application to help everyone choosing destination frequented by visitor. The use of information technology in the form of picture, maps, and textual on Android application makes it possible for user to have information about destination with its visitor in a period of time. If destination has visit history, selection of proper destination will be given with fresh informations. This application can run well on Android Lollipop (API Level 21) or above with a minimum RAM of 2 GB since it will compare two coordinates for every data. The use of this app make it possible to access information about location with its visitor history and could help choosing proper destinations for the users.

Integrated Information System For Radio Frequency Identification Based Administration And Academic Activities On Higher Education

Abstrak
The purpose of the study was to integrated information system for radio frequency identification based administration and academic activities on higher education. Technology based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) in the environment industry and in the environment of education has been widely applied. In, using the RFID system has penetrated many sectors, from manufacturing, distribution, retail goods storage, hospitals and education. RFID system in Environmental Education has been widely used for Student ID Card, library, attendance and for control of the room automatically. However in the application/usage of RFID system is still designed/designed separately which can lead to instability of the interbank data system built. To fix the issue, conducted a study on the use of RFID technology is integrated to academic and administrative services that are required. System academic administration and service that will enhance any RFID functions used in the transaction. With many RFID data from each service, an integrated RFID information systems needed to manage and monitor any data services. The data used in any transaction using the academic administration and service system will increase every time the RFID is used in the transaction. The RFID data with quite a lot of any services, either for an absences, the student, library services and parking service system, integrated RFID information systems needed to manage and monitor each data service. This integrated information system serves to academic and administrative services under the RFID platform. With this information system, data processing as well as academic and administrative services into a more effective and efficient. In addition to the data management, integrated information system can help in making the report and provide the necessary information to other systems that need to support specific strategic decisions related to administrative services and the academic.

Going Paperless: Executive Information System Toward Digitalized Universities Management

Abstrak
This research aims at investigating how Executive Information System (EIS) can be used as a device to support paperless system toward digitalized universities management and to what extent EIS success as a management tool. The case study was conducted on EIS in a private university in Bandung. This research used quantitative method by adopting DeLone and McLeans Information System (IS) Success Model (2003). The variables used are the System Quality (SQ), Information Quality (IQ), Use (U), User Satisfaction (US), Service Quality (SEQ) and Net Benefit (NB). Questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents. Interview and data retrieval from the related division was conducted to support data analysis. The result of study indicated that the success of EIS was significantly influenced by all variables. The positive correlation between all variables and significance influence discovered that EIS was recommended in the universities management. The highest positive correlation and influence was showed by the variable of IQ that influenced US by 66.5%. It means that the company with the development of accurate, consistent and well-integrated EIS gained high levels of trust and satisfaction among users. The research provide information and recommendation to build EIS as one of paperless system toward digitalized university
