ZACHMAN FRAMEWORK FOR DESIGNING COMPANY ARCHITECTURE UNIT LABORATORY

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze and develop business value and information systems in the laboratory unit. The method used was the Zachman Framework. The main problem is that the manual process applied and the information system are not necessarily fully supported, impacting business processes. This study also concludes that the use of the Zachman Framework as a methodology can produce a design architecture model in general by the vision and mission of the organization. The results of this research are the blueprint contains an enterprise architecture. This goal is expected to be achieved optimally if there is a synergy between the Information Systems and Information Technology strategy and the business strategy, primarily when the manual process is implemented there.
