THE ROLE OF STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP AND WORK LIFE QUALITY ON IMPROVING WORK PRODUCTIVITY

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the role of strategic leadership and the quality of work life on employee’s work productivity at company engaged in retail business both partially and simultaneously. This research uses the descriptive and the verification method. The data in this study were obtained from questionnaire distributed to 63 respondents at the company. While secondary data obtained from various scientific journals and documents. The analytical method used is the Multiple Linear Regression using the software of SPSS 17.0. The results indicate that work productivity is significantly affected by strategic leadership and the quality of worklife both partially and simultaneously, which means that the better the strategic leadership and the quality improvement of work life will enhance the work productivity.
