Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to determine the use of e-commerce for small business. e-commerce is one of the new breakthroughs in the business world that can make it easier for sellers and buyers to conduct business transactions, especially buying and selling. This research uses qualitative descriptive research method by distributing questionnaires. The results showed that e-commerce is influential and helps develop small businesses. Along with the development of internet-based electronic systems that are increasingly sophisticated, e-commerce users will increase. But of course using e-commerce has its drawbacks and advantages. e-commerce is here to provide convenience in doing business in cyberspace for business owners, including small business owners. The conclusion of this research is that most small business people have been helped by making sales through e-commerce. So e-commerce is a service that can help the development of a business.
