The purpose of this research is to analyze the depreciation of owned assets and calculate the value of its ability to provide benefits to us over time when it is used. The method used to analyze depreciation of assets is the straight-line method, with this method the depreciation of fixed assets is carried out by allocating the impairment of assets in manner throughout their useful life. The result will display the depreciation value that each asset has, so that we can manage the sustainability of the asset, whether it will be sold, granted or maintained
