Deskripsi/Abstrak

This study aims to design a model for monitoring the growth and development of an infant. The system approach method used to analyze the system is an object-oriented approach with the Waterfall model as the system development method. The plan was built to help mothers monitor their infant's growth and the vaccines that have been obtained. The mother often cannot read the doctor's writing in the child's health record. Therefore, the results of the design of this application are to assist mothers in monitoring the growth and development of infants, such as height and weight, the types of vaccines that have been obtained, and the control schedule and subsequent vaccines. Mothers can also find out the current weight category of their children and do a child health consultation through the application without having to come to pediatrics. The testing was carried out using the black box method. The testing includes web and Android applications. The testing results show that this research has achieved its goal, where the medical record data entered by the doctor through the web application can already be saved into the database. Furthermore, the baby's mother can also access this information and use other features such as consultation and checking the baby's weight and height through the Android application that was made.
