Supply Chain is a relationship of several parts that influence one another. Starting with the Upstream Section, namely with the activities of procuring basic materials, the production section and the downstream section, namely the distribution of finished goods. In this series of activities involving the main players, namely to distribute finished goods. Some of the main players that influence the running of chain activities are suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, retail outlets and customers. The main players in the supply chain are the factors that greatly affect the running of the organizational chain. The suppliers are the beginning of this chain, which is the source of the actors who provide the raw materials. Suppliers have large or small quantities. Difficulty in itself for companies in determining the feasibility of suppliers to be involved in relation to all interests and needs of the next chain flow. So that in this case an analysis is needed in determining the supplier for the smooth running of the upstream chain. The use of the ANP (Analytic Network Process) method is able to provide the character of solving cases of retrieval without having to make assumptions about independence and the existence of feedback that makes predictions and produces more accurate recommendations, so that in this analysis it is considered to be more optimal in the recommendation of results. So that it will have a good influence on the next process in the next chain activity. So that if the determination of the supplier is in accordance with the required criteria, it will maintain the right raw materials in the procurement process so that it has a good impact on the overall supply chain
