The development of technology in payments has developed, nowadays people do not need to make payments in cash and can be through virtual. Some android applications that carry e-wallets have been widely used because it is more practical and efficient. The purpose of this study is to see the effectiveness of e-wallets as a payment system for their users. The method is by providing SUS (System Usability Scale) questionnaires to users through google form that uses e-wallet application system. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, data collection obtained through the dissemination of questionnaires that will be conducted against 60 respondent users of e-wallet applications.
