Green Building Concept Application with VRF Air Conditioning System

Deskripsi/Abstrak
The objective of this research is to find out the benefit of the Green Building Concept application with VRF Air Conditioning System at Indonesian Computer University. The research method used is descriptive quantitative analysis. Based on research findings the VRF air conditioning system in Indonesian Computer University could reduce electrical power usage and the monthly cost for electrical power although the payback can only be reached after 15 years of operation. The other benefits are the space efficiency for more flexible placement of the outdoor unit and did not decrease the aesthetic appearance of the building
