A Prototype of Interaction Design for a Web-based Wedding Organizer Application

The purpose of this research is to build a prototype of an interaction design on a web-based wedding organizer application. The design is made to improve user experience when interacting with the application. Problems occured when people find it difficult to choose a wedding organizer that suits their financial condition. There is no application with interaction design for the tasks related to the problems. Design sprint is used as a method to solve the problems. Understanding the problem is the first step of the design. It is done by discussing it with relevant stakeholders. Afterward, design ideas in sketch are issued as much as possible according to the existing problems using How Might We and Crazy 8 method. The third step is selecting sketches that has been made using Zen Voting method, and then creating a scenario based on the selection results. Prototype is made after the previous stage is completed. Validation is the last stage of the design, the method used is A/B Testing. The research proved that interaction design in the application can help users choose wedding vendors according to their budget. Thus, the user experience improved
