Abstrak

The purpose of this research is to implement employee training, employee productivity, the influence of the training to work prodiktivitas at. Astra International Tbk. Toyota Sales Opration (Auto2000) CIBEREUM Bandung Branch. The method used in this research is method survey with descriptive and verification approaches. The study population numbered 198 employees, and sampling techniques using a stratified random sampling in order to obtain a sample of 66 employees. Techniques of data collection using interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. Analysis method using Pearson product moment correlation and coefficient of determination, as well as t test using SPSS 17.0 for windows. Mention the implementation of research results based on responder training with good results, while the productivity of employee shows good results. Results of analysis showed that analyzes the training effect on employee productivity showed a good relationship with the contribution rate effects amounting to 34.33%. This figure shows the implementation of job training affect employee productivity by 34.33%, while the rest equal to 65.67% is the influence of other factors, namely compensation, conflicts with coworkers or family, discipline, facilities ,and others.
