Cooperatives are one of the forums for community economic movements based on kinship with the aim of prospering their members. After the government's decision to lift the implementation of restrictions on community activities, it has a positive impact on the community in activities and begins to increase business sector activities, including cooperative business units. The increase in cooperative activities is supported by the establishment of new business entities to better control the direction and policies of cooperative business units. The method used in this counseling is through a direct lecture approach to the management and members of the cooperative related to the procedures for forming a cooperative business entity based on applicable laws and regulations. In the implementation of this legal counseling, it was attended by all administrators of the hikmah berkah silaturahim cooperative and some active cooperative members. The formation of a new business entity formed by a cooperative based on an annual member meeting or board meeting and known to the cooperative supervisor. The function of forming a new business entity must prioritize the welfare of members and the manager of the new business unit can involve cooperative members. The determination of the new form and type of business must obtain approval from the cooperative supervisory board and the progress report is submitted at the cooperative's annual member meeting as the highest decision on the direction of the cooperative policy.
