Deskripsi/Abstrak

Marketing is an activity undertaken by marketers to market the product to be recognized by the target customer. In Practice, marketers use strategies such as content marketing to market product by creating content that is relevant to the customer-owned. There is software used to run a content marketing strategy that can help marketers in marketing. However, after conducting usability testing, there is a problem that the software has a low level of effectiveness and efficiency that affect the user experience of users. This research will focus to produce an appropriate model of interaction design for software in the content marketing domain using Design Sprint method. Moreover, a set of prototype and visualization will be developed as the output of this research. By using the model, software developers in this domain case are to be able to design interaction better and faster.
