This book discusses how the lecturers’ performance can be predicted from the determinant factors, such as Job Fit, Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment. Based on the empirical data, the writers conforms between theories and empirical evidences among lecturers in West Java and Banten. The goal of this book is to show how important the determinant factors contribute the performance amaong the lecturers of private higher education institutions in the past years. In the next ongoing years, the higher education institution’ s policy has changed from time to time. Can theoretical factors be combined with the policy factors to become more accurate predictors of the lecturers’ performance in Indonesia? In a certain case, will it be good factors used to predict the performance and as a means to enhance the performance amomg the lecturers in Indonesia?
